　With the advances of new techniques and surgical skills in these 2 decades, almost all the general and gynecologic surgeries could be executed by laparoscopic approaches. But the international trend of working-hour limit markedly decreases the training in residency. A more efficient way for laparoscopic training is necessary for the new generation. Meanwhile, to show the respects to our patients, the concept of direct training inside their body by a beginner is outdated and should be replaced to “dry lab training”, “simulating teaching aids” and “standardized courses”.

　However, even there are many commercialized laparoscopic simulation aids in the markets, all of them are expensive, inadequate in design and lack of standardized curriculum.

　Huaprac established in 2016. Our aims are not only the spirits of extracorporeal, simulating and standardized modern training, but also the characters of low-price, home-based and personal learning.
